You will then be able to register for the event and any training and social activities you wish to join in. It is of course possible to register now and then join the events at a later stage. When registering, you will be able to enter a code, we ask that you remember this code for any later additions and queries.

This year there will be no registration fee for accompanying persons, however, we do ask that you register on-line in advance. Accompanying persons have access to the following:
- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Admission to Exhibition area and hospitality suites, but not to scientific sessions
- Admission to Closing Ceremony

On-line registration will close on 13 September. Following that date we ask that you register on-site in the RAI Conference Centre in Amsterdam.
Cancellation policy
Your registration to the ESVS annual meeting in Amsterdam is binding. If you need to cancel your participation, it should be done in writing to the congress organsers (please see contact details below). Until 10 September there will be a handling fee of 50.00 applicable for cancellations. After 10 September, no cancellations will be accepted.
