- allocation of congress travel grants
The Society has a number of Congress Travel Grants available for members who present their work at the annual meeting:
◗ All full ESVS members giving an oral or poster presentation are awarded free registration
◗ All trainee ESVS members giving an oral presentation are awarded a Congress Travel Grant of €500.
◗ All trainee ESVS members participating in the Poster and SMS sessions are awarded a Congress Travel Grant of €500
◗ All presenters at the Nurses and Technicians’ Session are awarded a Congress Travel Grant of €500.
Please submit through the ESVS website, www.esvs.org, click Annual Meeting and then Abstract Submission.
A letter is required from the applicant’s chief confirming that the applicant has no other form of sponsorship whatsoever for the Meeting. Grants cannot be provided to those who have industry sponsorship.
The successful grants recipients will receive the money at the ESVS annual meeting from the ESVS stand; please bring identification.
Acceptances and refusals regarding abstract submission and grants will be advised to authors as soon as possible after the selection process (20 June 2010).
