This two day highly instructive course will take place at the Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge, in Barcelona, on 3-5 May, 2017.
By attending this course, participants will be made aware of the science behind, technical and practical aspects of some of the most common vascular ultrasound examinations, including arteries of the lower limb, carotid and vertebral arteries, veins, bypasses, EVAR surveillance and US guided puncture.
The course is aimed at vascular surgeons interested in vascular ultrasound. No prior ultrasound experience is required but basic knowledge to vascular anatomy and physiology is expected. All lectures, workshops and course materials will be in English.
